Melee Weapons

Melee weapons yield the very best damage and require you to get up-close and personal when using them. Elegance and effectiveness have made melee weapons icons of society’s strength and perseverance.

Daggers:
+3/+1 Knives. If it is the first turn of the Combat Round, quadruple the damage inflicted by your hits. Size: 1.
Halberd:
+4/+1 Polearms. While wielding this weapon, whenever a combatant enters a location that you occupy, you may choose to force that combatant to suffer wounds equal to your Second Intention damage rating. Size: 2.
Longsword:
+6/+1 Fencing. Size: 2.
Mace:
+4/+1 Heavy Weapons. The mace gains +1/+1 when attacking or harassing an armored combatant (see Aftermath). Size: 2.
Messer:
+4/+1 Knives. If you miss an attack while wielding this weapon, gain 1TP. Size: 2.
Rapier:
+3/+3 Fencing. Size: 2.
Spear:
+4/+1 Polearms. While wielding this weapon, you may, as a Simple Action, spend any number of Tactical Points. At the start of Aftermath, you gain those TP's back and a local combatant of your choice may also gain as many TP's. Size: 2.
Waraxe:
+4/+1 Heavy Weapons. Whenever a local combatant leaves your location, you may inflict wounds on the leaving combatant equal to this weapon's Second Intention Damage rating plus your Power. Size: 2.

Ranged Weapons

Ranged weapons are able to reach out and hit enemies from afar. This grants the wielder such control of the battlefield that it’s worth the risk that comes with needing to supply ammunition when traveling far from the expansive ammo caches of civilization.

Bow:
+3/+2 Archery. You gain the following reaction while wielding a bow: Trigger: A combatant enters your location. Cost: 1TP. Effect: Leave the current location. Size: 2.
Crossbow:
+3/+1 Archery. If you hit a combatant with this weapon while that combatant occupies a location, you may inflict 4 Mass Damage on the target's location. Size: 2.
Pistol:
+2/+1 Marksmanship. This weapon costs 0 TP to make ready during combat even if it is concealed. Size: 1.
Rifle:
+3/+2 Marksmanship. This weapon inflicts 1 Stun when it hits or 2 Stuns if it hits a target in no location. Size: 2.
